We can ship products anywhere in the Netherlands or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place your order, you will have several shipping carriers to choice from.
Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.
- Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected.
- International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
- RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Only applies to ready made items. Custom parts without defects*1 cannot be canceled or returned .
*1 Defect is:
– Wrong color
– Delamination of the print without the use of (sensible amount of) force .
– Dimensional errors larger than 1% +250um (Critical dimensions must be specified by customer in production tolerances file).
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met jetiscuriosities.com reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
– the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
– packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
– return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped or printing started. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
